Hi, I’m Kristi Rule.

Hi, I'm Kristi, and I'm thrilled to share my passion for yoga with you. Born and raised in the beautiful East Tennessee, my journey into yoga began over 15 years ago. As a long-distance runner and IT engineer, I realized that my body needed a different kind of care, which led me to the transformative world of yoga.

In addition to yoga, I am an avid CrossFitter, deeply committed to the principles of functional fitness. I believe in the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass and moving well to enhance our overall well-being.

When I'm not on the mat or in the gym, you'll find me tending to my garden. There’s something incredibly healing about growing your own food and connecting with nature.

I hold a 200-hour YTT certification from recognized by Yoga Alliance, having studied with the Kula Collective an internationally recognized yoga school, along with additional certifications in yin and somatics. My classes blend the dynamic flow of vinyasa with the deep relaxation of yin, always with a focus on breath work to help center and calm the mind and nervous system.

My Approach

I believe that every body is unique and communicates its needs in different ways. My approach to yoga encourages you to listen to your body and honor its messages. My classes are designed to be inclusive and welcoming, offering postures that cater to all levels, from beginners to more experienced practitioners.

By integrating breathwork into each session, I aim to create a space where you can find calm and connect more deeply with yourself. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, my goal is to provide a supportive environment for growth, exploration, and self-discovery.

I look forward to practicing with you and helping you find balance, strength, and peace through yoga.
